Established in 2006 by Adam Chamberlain and Scott Davies, CDAM is an independent, employee-owned global equity boutique based in London.

CDAM was established with a client-first, values-led approach. We aimed to build a culture of independent thinking that is simultaneously inclusive and collaborative. This foundation was built on our core values - Simplicity, Transparency, Accountability, and Responsibility.

Moreover, we aimed to create a family-friendly working environment prioritising employees' physical and mental health. We believe we have achieved this and are convinced it leads to better client results.
