Faye joined CDAM in October 2021 as Head of Asia, where she is responsible for the firm’s investor relations and business development in the Asia region.
Faye joined from the City of London Corporation where she was previously Head of China and India, leading a team in four locations (London, Beijing, Shanghai and Mumbai) to secure London’s future as a global financial centre. Faye was responsible for building opportunities for trade and investment with China and India, promoting policy and regulatory dialogues to facilitate market access, and to create platforms for China and India-focused business growth in London.
Before this Faye worked at HSBC group as a policy and business engagement manager, specialising in Chinese financial policies and government relations. Faye was also the coordinator for the UK Parliament’s All Party Parliamentary China Group. Faye has a master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Portsmouth, and also studied International Relations and Diplomacy at SOAS University of London.
